Axolotl Siege is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to the game.

In-game items

Coins, gems, food, eggs, decor, skins and the Lagoon Pass are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
Gem packs are used up when bought. The Starter Pack and the Lagoon Pass come back with Restore purchases on the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. If Apple refunds a purchase, what it unlocked may be taken back.

The Lagoon Pass

Each Lagoon Pass season has an end date shown on the Pass page. Paid lanes stop being sold when the season ends; rewards you have already reached stay claimable.

Fair play

Please don't cheat, modify the game or interfere with purchases. We may fix or reset progress that comes from a bug or from tampering.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Updates to the terms take effect when they're posted here with a new date.
